  • How do I book a ride?

    Log in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email, open My account, then set pickup, destination, and vehicle.

  • Can I use the same account as the mobile app?

    Yes. Your rider account works on the website and the mobile apps — same phone number, same trips and wallet.

  • How do I contact support?

    Use the Contact page for general inquiries, or open Support tickets inside My account after login.
