Last updated: Please read these Terms & Conditions before using AyyanGo.
1. Agreement
By accessing our website, mobile apps, or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Platform role
AyyanGo operates a technology platform that connects customers with independent driver partners and transport operators. Unless explicitly stated, we are a booking and dispatch intermediary—not the direct provider of every ride. Driver partners are responsible for operating their vehicles safely and lawfully.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate contact information and be legally able to enter into binding agreements. Driver partners must meet onboarding, document verification, and local licensing requirements before accepting ride offers.
4. Taxi bookings
- Fares displayed at booking are estimates unless marked as final. Actual tolls, parking, waiting charges, or route changes may affect the final amount.
- Submitting a booking inquiry or confirmed booking constitutes a request for transport subject to driver availability.
- You are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed pickup point and for the conduct of passengers travelling with you.
- Misuse of the booking system, false bookings, or abusive behaviour may result in account suspension.
5. Driver marketplace
Approved driver partners may receive ride offers through automated or manual dispatch. Drivers must maintain valid documents, acceptable vehicle standards, and professional conduct. We may suspend or remove partners who violate platform rules or applicable law.
6. Payments
- Online payments, advance payments, and cash-on-delivery (where enabled) are offered according to operational settings shown at checkout.
- Payment processing is handled through authorised payment partners. You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including applicable taxes and surcharges disclosed before payment.
- Receipts and payment status are available through your booking reference or account dashboard where enabled.
7. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation rules depend on booking status, payment method, and operational policy shown at the time of booking. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions. See our Refund Policy for payment reversals.
8. Tracking and communications
We may send booking updates via SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or email. Guest tracking links are personal—do not share them publicly. By using the platform you consent to service-related communications.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, interference with dispatch systems, or unauthorised scraping of data. We may investigate violations and cooperate with authorities where required.
10. Intellectual property
Platform branding, software, content, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal or authorised business bookings.
11. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, minimum wait times, or availability of drivers in every area. External factors such as traffic, weather, or regulatory restrictions may affect service delivery.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking, except where law prohibits such limitation.
13. Future travel modules
Additional services (flights, hotels, trains, bus, holidays, visa assistance) may be introduced with separate supplier terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and module-specific terms presented at checkout, the module-specific terms prevail for that transaction.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
15. Contact
